JobPayr provides invoicing, job, customer, appointment, messaging, inventory, and business-reporting tools. This policy explains how information is handled when you use JobPayr.

Information we process

We process account information, company settings, customer and job records, invoices, estimates, appointments, inventory, expenses, messages, and information needed to provide connected services. Payment providers process payment-card information under their own policies.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure JobPayr, synchronize records, deliver requested messages and documents, support accounts, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Connected services

If you connect Twilio, Telnyx, email, or another service, JobPayr sends the information necessary to perform the action you request. Provider credentials are protected and are not displayed after saving.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate JobPayr, when you direct us to connect another service, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Business records remain available while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request account and data deletion by emailing support@jobpayr.com.

Security

JobPayr uses account authentication, access controls, encrypted connections, and protected credential storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
