Using JobPayr

You may use JobPayr for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your records, and the messages, invoices, and documents you send.

Subscriptions

Paid access is offered at the price and billing interval shown during checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Charges, trials, refunds, and cancellation terms shown by the payment provider at checkout form part of these terms.

Connected services

You are responsible for your Twilio, Telnyx, email, and other connected-provider accounts, charges, permissions, and compliance. Messaging must follow applicable consent, opt-out, and communications laws.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for information entered into JobPayr. You must have permission to store and use customer contact information and to send communications.

Availability

We work to keep JobPayr available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Keep appropriate records for your business and verify important totals and documents.

Prohibited use

Do not use JobPayr for fraud, unlawful messaging, unauthorized access, harmful activity, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JobPayr is provided without implied warranties and JobPayr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
